Overview
- Habitas Namibia is a conservation project set in over 50,000 hectares of wilderness, and is not far from Windhoek.
- Habitas is currently a safe haven for more than 30 rhinos and 200 giraffes. By studying these species’ adaptation to this arid land, the aim is to find solutions to the human-wildlife conflict that exists in this region.
- Each room at Habitas integrates into its environment and is designed with comfort, sustainability and understated luxury in mind. Elevated above the savanna, each safari room offers sweeping views of the surrounding landscape
- Experience Namibia’s wildlife through game drives led by the camp’s expert guides. Walk through the bush, participate in animal tracking and immerse yourself into the natural surroundings of the Kalahari.
