Overview
- Garonga Safari Camp is one of the best-valued bush experiences in our mind. Offering safaris in the 22’000ha Greater Makalali Private Game Reserve, a secluded corner of South African bush, away from the crowds of Kruger National Park.
- There are 3 options at Garonga – Garonga Safari Camp, Little Garonga and MCH Tented Camp, each with their own characteristics, though all offering excellent game viewing (in an area known to be home to the Big 5).
- Enjoy a night under the stars on the safari Sleep Out Deck, complete with four-poster bed and dining table for two. A 20-minute drive from the main camp, guests will be fully immersed in nature, overlooking a waterhole that is known to attract a visitor or two.
- Stargazing and a good bath are two of life’s greatest pleasures. These are combined in the Star Bath experience at Garonga and is best shared with someone special. The perfect end to a perfect day in the bush!
