Overview
- Standing proud above the Northern Serengeti plains, around a tumble of giant boulders – the Kogakuria Kopje – you can see for miles and miles over the Mara valley from this beautiful, iconic camp.
- This remote part of the Serengeti features lush, rolling grassland and tree-lined watercourses. It is also the hub around which the Great Wildebeest Migration circulates.
- Less-known about this particular part of the Serengeti are the healthy concentrations of lion, leopard and buffalo to be seen (all year round), closely following the footsteps of the millions of wildebeests and zebras that conquer these grasslands in search of green pastures.
