Spending most of his life living on the periphery of the South Luangwa National Park, tourism and wildlife have always been William’s passions. Originally William panned to pursue a career in either law or journalism, however (like for many of us!) things turned out somewhat differently…! In 1996 William joined Norman Carr Safaris and spent the next 15 years working with the team there and indeed the legendary Norman Carr before he passed on.

William works with our on-the-ground representatives in Lusaka and is a key part of our extended team; he’s our ‘go-to’ guy for all technical Zambian related questions and will be the person responsible for making sure the transfers turn up when they’re supposed to!
